No one will leave PDP-BoT Chairman

Chairman Board of Trustees of Peoples Democratic Party[PDP], Senator Walid Jibrin, has blasted members of the who plan to dump it for another party. He said they were thinking of such at a time when PDP was working assiduously to win the next general election and to salvage Nigeria.

The BoT chairman who said this at a press conference further said that posterity would not forgive members of the party who wanted to kill or ditch it. The second republic Senator denied that there was a plan to dump PDP, adding that every organ of the party was working to strengthen the party to enable it maintain its power and play its role as an effective opposition party in the country. I wish to say authoritatively that there is no any plan to dump PDP as it was never discussed or any discussion taken by any organ of the party. If we do that, posterity will not forgive us because PDP is already a household name dearly loved by every household in Nigeria. Posterity will not hesitate to judge anyone with the ambition to destroy our party. It is quite contrary to the hard work of our founding fathers and mothers who worked so hard to produce the PDP brand, he concludes.
