Should men who have been abused by their wives come out openly?

Morning Teaser: Should men who have been abused by their wives come out openly?
Whenever the issue of domestic violence makes the headlines, the man is always at the receiving end of the stick as he gets bashed for beating his wife or girlfriend, as the case may be.

Because of the kind of environment we are in, many people think it is abnormal for a woman to beat her husband and even when such happens, the male ego will not allow him to come out and say his wife abused him. A man tends to cover up the pains and the emotional trauma he goes through so that people will not see him as being weak and incapable of running his home or controlling his wife.

But, truth be told, men also get abused by their wives, some physically, others psychologically and emotionally but they cover these abuses up.

In the past two weeks, such a case has been eliciting interesting coverage when a popular On Air Personality came out with details and pictures of how his wife battered and injured him several times.

Feminists have continued to batter him, telling to shut up and try to manage his home without washing their dirty linens in public.
, we ask: should men who have been abused by their wives come out openly and let the world know about it?
