Fracas over a can of Grand malt trailed the exit of Dr. Willie Obiano in Civil Service day celebration at State Secretariat!

www.odogwublog.com reports that Governor Willie Obiano’s exit from today’s Civil Service Day celebration was not as anticipated as workers fight over cans of grand malt.
The Cooling Van seen at the background is an indication or impression that made every Civil Servant who came to be celebrated by the Political Class of the ruling Party, must be able to get something to eat or drink. But that wasn’t it.
It is a day to say ‘thank you’ by the State Government for being a workforce that brings to fruition the manifestos of the Political Class.
Unfortunately, in what is described as a climax of ill civility and lack of decorum among human, a woman (name withheld) in the Civil Service of Anambra State today demonstrated the fact that her salary is not enough to secure a can of Grand malt even if it didn’t get to her honourably.
Initially, the scene started when the Waiters who were sharing the malt decided to play cat and dog or hide and seek game in the sharing of the soft drinks budgeted to get to every Public Servant that came to grace the occasion and honour the Governor of Anambra State.
Obiano provided the Cooling van  and it had malt sufficient to go round as it is actually well thought out and planned but they hoard the drinks. Yet majority were still hanging around for this malt.
The woman was very aggressive that she drew the attention of the www.odogwublog.com camera men as well as other phone cameras as she was pushed to the ground to her shame and that of the entire civilized citizens among us. Don’t expect all shots.
This invariably confirms the fact that the state of welfare of the Civil Servants in Anambra State were in a miserable status. If a graduate with grade level 8 step 02 receives #34,000.00 per month, do the mathematics and consider why this woman fought because of #100.00 worth of malt in the public of Igwe mmadu......lols
