The former Minister of Aviation, Princess Stella Oduah  yesterday took her campaign train to Igbedor community in Nzam, Anambra West local government area,
Anambra state with the villagers telling her she remained the first to visit them for campaign reports www.odogwublog.com .

Oduah who rolled up her sleeve and dished food and shared drinks to the people before donating of N400,000 each to the male farmers and female traders of the community, said she was amazed by their reception.

Addressing Oduah and her campaign train, a community leader in Igbedor, Prince Emeka Onyekachi, thanked Oduah and her campaign team for the tedious 90 minutes drive on the dusty road leading to the community. He added that during rainy season , nobody comes in by road.

Onyekachi said: ``For the first time in the history of Igbedor; we are witnessing a political campaign rally and seeing our would-be representative live here with us, sharing our pains and frustrations with us.


``By this action, donations you have done today and future promises; we are solidly behind you and we would vote en mass for you’’.


Earlier , the former Minister of Aviation, Princess Stella Oduah, has assured the people of Anambra North Senatorial Zone that she would tackle growing youth unemployment, if elected as Senator for the zone.


Oduah, who is the PDP senatorial candidate for Anambra North zone, gave the assurance in Igbedor community in Nzam council area of Anambra during a campaign tour yesterday.


The tour was organized by Princess Stella Oduah Campaign Organization (PSOCO) to showcase the people-oriented programmes in the pipe-line when Oduah assumes office.


Oduah said: ``I will generate a data base for youths, who are unemployed and ensure that every unemployed youth was captured in this database.


``I would also set-up functional and practical skill acquisition centres close to each secondary school in the zone.


``While the Stella Oduah Foundation would continue and expand its scholarship scheme especially for talented and brilliant indigent students in the zone’’.


She implored youths in the zone to avail themselves of the opportunity in the new Aviation School, Ogbaru; which she attracted to the zone.
