Boko Haram In Chibok LGA: How Northern Nigeria Marginalized Southern Nigeria During Military Regime, Yet Poverty Is There Name

Question for the day:
BORNO State has 27 Local Government Area's.  Its May 2013 Federal Allocation: 6.2 Billion Naira

ANAMBRA State has 21 Local Government Area's.  Its May 2013 Federal Allocation 5.4 Billion Naira

The Population of Borno State: 4,171,104

The Population of Anambra State: 4,177,828

Chibok LGA in Borno State: There is no single tarred road, and it has only one Secondary School.

Anambra has more than 450 secondary schools and each local government area has not less than 100 secondary schools.
Each local government has not less than 100 kilometers of road tarred .
Please give me the name of a LGA in Anambra State with less than 100 Secondary schools and no single tarred road
This is the marginalization and the consequences of federal character that has bred too many half baked or rather myopic minded leaders especially in the military bra since 1960.

Boko Haram has exposed this facts hidden from the public. The population figure is phantom.

The backward of Nigeria is from the North and there is no apology to that. Look at the kind of population figure and amount of allocation they get yet there is nothing to show for it. Who is deceiving who I one Nigeria?
