Dear Sir,
THE
UNCOMPLIMENTARY AND UNBECOMING ATTITUDE OF HON. BARTHO IGWEDIBIA AS INTERPARTY
ADVISORY COUNCIL (IPAC) CHAIRMAN ANAMBRA STATE CHAPTER WITH SOME OF HIS EXCO
MEMBERS
1.
It will be recalled
that an election the inter into party advisory council was held on October,
2017 at INEC headquarters Awka and Hon. Bartho Igwedibia used his negative
influence and utilized the Anambra state monthly stipend through his cronies to
select Chairmen of newly registered Political Parties to replace the positions
of experienced ones, these newly appointed chairmen normally part with 40% of
the government stipend and other financial benefits to Bartho Igwedibia and his
cronies.
2.
That the major bone
of contention in IPAC crisis was Bartho Igwedibia and his cronies decision to
take 40% of these stipend and other benefits to satisfy their selfish desires.
3.
That Barthor
Igwedibia and his cronies goes from house to house to give some notable
personalities award of IPAC patronship in the comfort of their homes for pecuniary
reasons.
4.
That Hon. Bartho
Igwedibia and his cronies deceived the IPAC members with promises of
transparency/accountability in the
conduct of IPAC Governorship debate where
millions of naira was realized from donations from members and non members of
IPAC, also donations from major stakeholders has not been accounted for till
now.
5.
That the governor
of Anambra State through the SA on
political matters gave political parties the sum of Five Million Naira (N5m)and a big cow for Christmas celebration
and Bartho Igwedibia and his cronies diverted
it for selfish use.
6.
That Bartho
Igwedibia and his cronies went out of their way and made series of Publication in
the social and print media to favour a Senatorial candidate in Anambra Central
Senatorial district using the name of
IPAC to congratulate a candidate even when a winner has not been declared for financial gratification.
7.
That Hon. Bartho
Igwedibia and his cronies were seen by notable Anambraians at INEC office Awka constituting
public nuisance on the outcome of
Anambra State governorship elections on November 19th 2017 by using
IPAC name to be shouting no election
against the popular wish of Ndi Anambra and IPAC code of conducts.
8.
That the clueless
leadership of IPAC under Bartho Igwedibia has since his election attracted
shame to the noble name of IPAC instead of pride and all that has worked in
IPAC since Bartho Igwedibia’s election is divide and rule nepotism and gross
misconduct.
