APC Takes over Enugu as Ibekaku tasks Enugu APC Women and Youths to own Permanent Voters Card

www.odogwublog.com reports that the Special adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari,Barr.Mrs Juliet Ibekaku, has tasked Enugu  Women and Youths of voting age,who identifies with the All Progressives Congress[APC]  to use the opportunity of the on going voters registration exercise to obtain permanent voters card[PVC], so that their vote can count in the 2019 general election,even as it is the collective decision of the leadership of APC in the  South East zone,to support President Buhari's re election.

Mrs Ibekaku gave this task at Enugu state chapter of APC mega rally for women and youths in the  state,held at 'Awgu town in Enugu state,over the weekend. She beckoned on the  APC women and youths to participate actively in the exercise so they can form over seventy percent of the voting population in the coming election,and enthrone an APC led  government in Enugu state.

She disclosed that the party will inculcate many of the women and youths into the various committees to observe and monitor that the elections were transparent. She urged them to be steadfast in their support for President Muhammadu Buhari led administration and his re election in 2019,stating it is the only gateway through which Ndigbo can realise their ambition of producing Nigeria President of Igbo extraction in 2023.

Earlier in her address, the Enugu state woman leader,Lolo Queen Nwankwo,stressed that the objective of the mega rally tagged  'Operation show your voter's card' is to sensitize the women and Youths to ensure they register within this  period of  voters registration exercise,so they can exercise their franchise during the elections.

She said there is no going back in their commitment to mobilizing support for President Buhari's election in 2019 but requested for logistics in terms of funds and vehicles to leverage their actions.

The State APC Youth leader, Hon Ikenna Oloto,also reiterated the commitment of the Youth wing of the party in Enugu state for President Buhari's re election in 2019 and upstaging the ruling party,PDP, in Enugu state,come 2019 general elections. He also lamented the lack of funds in executing their strategies.

Oloto stated,' What we need is the financial dose in concerted efforts in resources and resourcefulness to embrace to brace the tape and secure victory. For me,I have put my hands on the plough and there is no looking back'.
