Security man's lover dies after hot sex in Ekiti

An Ado-Ekiti Magistrate court has ordered the remand of a 45-year-old security man, Oluwatuyi Alake, who allegedly killed his concubine with sex. The presiding magistrate Omolola Akosile, who gave the order that the accused be remanded in prison custody, adjourned further hearing in the case till December 15.

Earlier, the prosecutor, Monica Ikebuilo, had told the court that the defendant committed the crime on October 30th at Ojuoro street, Stadium Road, in Ijero-Ekiti, Ekiti state. She alleged that the accused. on the said date, had sexual intercourse with the deceased which left her unconscious, and subsequently leading to her death.

She also alleged that the defendant dumped his lover's body in the bush to cover up his deed. The prosecutor, Ikebuilo, said the offence contravened section 319 of the criminal code, Cap C 16, Laws of Ekiti state, 2012.
