Rohr visits England for Aina, Abraham and Ibe

Super Eagles manager, Gernot Rohr, on Thursday arrived England to hold talks with English-born players with Nigerian roots to persuade them to play for the country instead of the Three Lions.

Rohr is expected to meet the trio of Tammy Abrahams,[Chelsea], Ola Aina[Chelsea] and Jordan Ibe of Bounemouth, whi are all England youth internationals as he tries to convince them to switch their international future to Nigeria.

The coach on Wednesday met with Wolverhampton  Wanderers keeper Carl Ikeme who just returned from an injury that denied him the opportunity of playing against Algeria. He also met with Sunderland's forward Victor Anichebe to persuade him to make a return to the team since his absence in 2012.

The meeting is aimed at getting many players for the Super Eagles ahead of the World cup 2018 qualifiers, which resumes next August.
