YAYA TOURE BEGS PEP GUARDIOLA

Exiled Ivory coast football star-Yaya Toure has finally offered an apology to his club coach, bringing to end a long-running saga between him and club manager, Pep Guardiola, after his agent has publicly criticized the coach for his decision to leave out the former African Footballer of the year, in the club's Champions league squad this season. Toure said in a statement, that he apologized for misunderstandings from the past. The Catalan born manager had made it clear that he would not select the Ivorian international until his agent Dimitri Seluk apologizes. "Those statements do not represent my views on the club," Toure said.  Seluk has earlier said that Toure has been humiliated when he was not included in City's Champions league squad this season.
