Two Die In Enugu Community Over Adulterous Woman

Anxiety in Enugu community as adulterous woman claimed lives of two men in Ihuokpara, Nkanu East Council Area of the State.
The state police command have confirmed the incident which was said to have happened last Thursday.
It was gathered that the two men, one husband of the adulterous woman while the other the secret lover.
Story has it that the woman whose name has not been ascertained at the time of filing the report, after having their normal secret love affair, returned home and shortly after, her husband died mysteriously.
Following his death, the villagers put two into two and arrived at the conclusion that it was the open secret love that caused the man’s death.
Furious at the sudden death of the man, youth went to the secret lover’s house and beat him to a pulp that he was at the point of death when the police intervened but he gave up the ghost shortly after.
Police has confirmed the story. The police image maker, DSP Ebere Amaraizu, replying to a text message over the incident just simply replied, “confirmed.”
Sources told our reporter that the unfortunate incident has put the community in a mournful mood because the singular act of the woman has brought the untimely death of two men in their community.
The deceased lover, the source disclosed, had been warned on several occasions to leave the treacherous woman but the tryst continued until it claimed lives.
“Ihuokpara is in a turmoil now following the death of the two men.  It is a pity that this is happening in our community,” one of sources lamented.
Check carried out reveal that adultery is rampant in the community in spite of days days that Christianity seems to have taken root.
It also gathered that the husband to the amorous woman knew about his wife’s waywardness but could not stop her or put her away and that was why he died.
