2015 is about to round up, and there were a lot of big Nigerian celebrity stories that rocked the year.

This year had it's fair share of deaths, births, good news, controversies and juicy gossip which Pulse brought to you in a timely and detailed manner.

1) 2face caught kissing baby mama Pero Adeniyi - In January, Nigerian pop legend was caught kissing his baby mama Pero Adeniyi on the lips. It shocking to see that 2face married the love of his life Annie Idibia in March 2013. The picture of 2 Baba lip locking with his baby mama gave the singer a bad image in public who believed he had ended his playboy ways. To make matters worse, Annie Idibia was in the club where it all went down.

2) D'banj in love affair with South African media celeb Bonang Matheba? - The love life of the Koko Master has always been intriguing to the public. Whoever he has been attached (super actress Genevieve Nnaji or billionaire heiress Adama Indimi), stories of D'banj's love affairs always makes the headlines. In January, Pulse reported the story of a brewing love affair with D'banj and South African hottie Bonang Matheba. The love affair went on for months and stole headlines. Sadly it ended when D'banj declared his love for his ex Adama Indimi. Shortly after, DJ Zinhle accused Bonang Matheba of dating AKA when she was pregnant. Talk about real drama!

 

3) Nadia Buari gives birth to twins - The sexy Nadia Buari gave us one of the most surprising news stories of 2015 when it was revealed she gave birth to twin girls sometime in March. The news was unexpected because many people did not know that she was pregnant. To add another twist to the story, it was revealed that Jim Iyke who she was associated with at that time was not the father of the twins. The identity of the father of Nadia Buari's twins is still not yet known.

4) Davido denies he is going to be a father - Some stories come back to haunt you later in future. This might be one of them for music superstar in Davido. In March, rumours started going around that Davido was going to be a father. His camp swiftly denied the rumour. In an interview Davido's reps admitted he knew the lady in question (Sophie Momodu) but denied that the pop singer was responsible for her pregnancy. In May Davido was singing a different tune as he welcomed a baby girl named Imade. The news of Davido's first child was exposed by Sophie Momodu's famous cousin Chief Dele Momodu. Davido is now a doting father to his baby.

5) Linda Ikeji trends after buying N600m in Banana Island mansion - In October, super Nigerian blogger Linda Ikeji trended on social media when it was discovered that she had just bought a mansion reportedly worth N600m in one of the most expensive places in the world Banana Island, Ikoyi, Lagos. As the story spread like wildfire, Linda Ikeji wrote a touching story on her blog that she had never slept with a man for money before.

6) Tonto Dikeh gets married- Hands down the most shocking and surprising Naija celeb story of 2015. Who would have thought that the bad girl of Nollywood Tonto Dikeh would marry in 2015? Well the star actress did. In August, Tonto Dikeh hit us with the big news that she had married the love of her life Olakunle Churchill. The pictures of the Introduction ceremony in Port-Harcourt went viral. No surprise here why this was one of the most read stories in the local celebrity section. Tonto Dikeh is pregnant at the moment and is in America getting ready to deliver her child.

7) Nkem Owoh shows off his daughters- We all know the funny actor Nkem Owoh popularly known as Osoufia but we hardly get a glimpse of the man with his family. Well in May, Nkem Owoh made a rare appearance with this two lovely daughters who followed him to an MTN meeting for the renewal of his endorsement deal.

8) Muna Obiekwe's last interview before his death - Nollywood actor Muna Obiekwe passed away in January. Just before his death, the talented Muna Obiekwe granted an interview with Vanguard which was his very last. In the interview cleared the air on the controversial viral nude photos of himself with actress, Biola Ige.

9) Don Jazzy reveals why he is not yet married - He is one of Nigeria's most eligible bachelors. Millions of Nigerians are waiting for the day that Don Jazzy will get married. It doesn't seem it will happen any time soon. Far back in January, the Mavin Records boss jokingly revealed why he has not yet tied the knot. One thing is clear though, Don Jazzy is still enjoying the baby boy life.

10) Denrele Edun reveals when he will be getting married- Marriage was a big issue for a lot of Nigerian male celebrities this year. The ever vibrant and sometimes controversial media personality Denrele Edun grabbed the headlines in 2015 thanks to his 'Caitlyn Jenner' moments. The biggest news about the former child actor was about him getting married. In an interview with softsell magazine Global Excellence in March he shocked the world when he said he was going to marry soon. Oh by the way Denrele hasn't gotten married yet.
