Anambra state Governor already took 10billion Naira loan ,now seeking the house ratification ?

                                                  
The people of Anambra state were awed when we announced that our Governor is seeking to secure a loan of 10 billion naira ,which according to the pleading documents he presented to his EXCO and copy of the letter he sent to the house of assembly seeking the authorization to obtain the loan ,in the letter he made it sound as if he is seeking the consent of the house and the EXCO whereas he've taking the Loan 3 weeks ago from one of the banks where Anambra state has FOREIGN CURRENCY SAVINGS under PETER OBI .

The loans were facilitated with the foreign currency savings standing as collateral ,even though an undertaking was reached and MOU signed that they will be deducting payments from our monthly allocation from source .
Meanwhile the House of Assembly of the state are still trying to drag foot on the approval ,but as it is now ,what the Governor wants from them is not the approval because the loan has been secured and taking ,what he needs is formality to authentic the blatant illegality and snubbing of the house and her powers . It can be said that he usurped the powers of the House .

When our reporter at Awka interviewed a renowned Banker in the state on why Bank should extend such loan without letter of authorization from the house, he said that as long as there is a collateral that covers the loan and the interest that any other bank can guarantee the loan .

The question now is ,can the house of assembly endorse this illegality carried out 3 weeks ago and the money far spent ? Or should they protect the interest of the state ?

The reaction of some Social Media critics were based on ,if 75 billion naira left for him can only last 1 year and 6 months ,how many weeks Will the 10 billion loan he secured will last ?

Let's not forget that the 10 billon Naira if it should be incorporated into the security votes ,it will stand for 10 months only .

Is this the beginning of our taking loans or this one is done for the tenure ?

What then was the reason he held meeting with MD of Banks and Regional directors on Tuesday ?

Was it to build ground for further loans or to put them on alert that we will be taking over drafts to continue paying salaries and living a luxurious life ?
