A STEP IN WRONG DIRECTION ON TUESDAY Report by Mazi Odera

I bring you greetings from the stable of Mazi Odera your unpaid ADVISER without portfolio ,the only man that tells you the truth ana akuro mmiri [un-diluted truth ].
Sir, as i was walking majestically  to  submit my Tuesday REPORT CARD as usual , i  saw  the tensed atmosphere over the letter  HIS EXCELLENCY  sent to ANAMBRA STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY as proposal or say  to make a case on WHY THEY MUST APPROVE THE LOAN WE WANT TO TAKE .


 Even though they have been summoned and indoctrinated with those sweet lies and  Financial  incentive to lubricate the passage of the LOAN REQUEST ,we know that sometime even the most worked out plan flops ,but that is where and when we have men with integrity and those who think of Posterity ,i am not counting on the present crop of NONENTITIES that prance about as members of ANAMBRA HOUSE OF ASHAMEBLY , at least vast majority of them  .


May i make some cases for you in case there is a man or woman in that house with brain who will like to ask questions and peruse the documents or make some cogent argument over the loan. As we know it is not all of them that can classified as DAFT, there may be few that can still think.

Sir, the young man that is negotiating and packaging the loan portfolio for you is not doing you a favour. He is doing it because you gave him an incentive that is WORLD away from him . Little wonder my old man will say “ewelu ife onye na asalu kwuo ya ugwo,orue lu ya ,ma orughi ,oma nara” [pay a man with what he yearn for ,he will accept even if it is below his wages].


He is induced because you promise to give him your Daughter’s hand in marriage [Sir,i am sure you did not know he is engaged already to a young lady but that is by the way ,even though he’ve deposited Dowry but forget that one] ,My only worry is that the Young man lived his life in HOTEL and your daughter is living in a Hotel ,so when they eventually get married are they going to live in a Hotel or House to make a Home  ? My old man will ask “ana amu aka epe na nka ?” [one cannot learn the use of his left hand at old age], if in a Hotel  ,will they be using Hotel Kitchen or hire cook and Laundry people ? ,yes that maybe possible ,but how are they going to raise kids ? No wonder my Grand father will say “omala ara zute omalu ara ,ewelu nkita kpo aji ohu” [when a Sex maniac meet a Sex Machine ,they will use basket to evacuate public hair that littered the arena] ..moving back to the inducement ..


The Young man after you promised him that he will run as the DEPUTY GOVERNOR NEXT ELECTION, meaning he is going to replace DR  NKEM OKEKE ,he is trying very hard to muddle up issues and present self a juggernaut, the Chinese have a saying which provides “Butterfly that sees self as DRAGON” .

 He may think that political masturbation bu egwu achi utaba na aka welu agba [a dance one dances with snuff balanced in his palm] ,that terrain is not a place for suckling’s .  But they say “the taste of the pudding is in the eating” ,adiro asi okenye puta na anwu [you cannot tell an elder to move out from Sun shine into shadow] ,His dance of casting aspersion on ORACLE makes me to remember PERICOMA and his saying which provides “Nwata buru nmanwu uzo ya na oso,nmanwu buru ya uzo nkwukwu ezue ya aru” [when a Child is moving ahead of a Great Masquerade ,he will be on a throttling run and if the Masquerade is ahead of him ,it became a traumatic ventilation  ].

Sir ,that loan is tainted even though you are relying on that loan to pay contractors ,i am not a Financial guru but i know  Loans are not best for building roads and stagnant projects ,but best for projects that has return on investment powers .


Let experts take over and advise us on this issue ,but i insist that taking this loan is load of burden that will do us no good .


OKWUTE saw loan as PATH TO PERDITION and he circumvented it by all means ,we the citizens thought He Okwute gave us a continuity ,but for now ,we are waiting for his heart felt apology and he must take back the merchandise and give us what we paid for ,if not i will lead group of OPPRESSED  AND UPRIGHT MEN  and PICKET HIM .


REALITY which we shall not tell the members of the House is that ,since they refused to wake up and smell the coffee ,we are not going to tell them that –YOU ARE PRESENTING 10 BILLION NAIRA  LOAN ARGUMENT ,whereas the original Loan which we are going for is 25 BILLION ,10 for paying or tipping the Contractors and 15 for POLITICAL WAR CHEST IN 2017 ,but i am not going to tell the house that one ,let them find out themselves . After all what is 15 BILLION EXTRA LOAN  ? they got paid to look the other way   , after all  we have to buy the election.
But if you ask me or refuse to ask me ,i will still tell ...ANAMBRA state is not a state  you give Money or bag of rice and they vote for you ,if you doubt me ask TOMB RAIDER/RED LONG CAP CHIEF despite all the money he wasted ,all the state fund made available to  buy him a seat in our Senate ,he still kiss the dust ,even though HE met a SUPER HEAVY WEIGHT OPPONENT ,even though the LADY with MIDAS TOUCH has what it takes to retire any Politician as she retired ONWA and TOMB RAIDER at same time ,what made me to wonder more was the fact that TOMB RAIDER always walk around as having the connection to buy judgements ,but since he meet the SENATOR WITH A SWAG ,i cannot tell if he still wear CAP THAT TALL or he has cut it short but that is by the way.


I am sure that the  meeting which Wyou held with ALL THE MD OF BANKS IN NIGERIA at the governors lodge  which just ended ,hope you convinced them to give our state a massive LOAN for i know that all the MD of BANK will not be coming for a meagre 25 BILLION NAIRA ..

What i am saying is ,do not listen  to the voices of Ndi oso chi egbu at all and waste money in 2017 ,that road is like same one that led to JUNE 12 . I heard that “ ONWA GA ETI OZO “ is getting ready to come out but only on one condition ,if that LADY WITH MIDAS TOUCH did not show interest at all. He said beating you is like taking candy from a Baby and most people agree with him,  but i am not among those that agreed with him , he is in a very wrong party which ndi igbo detest with perfect hatred. Can we also take into cognizance that the RED LONG CAP is also warming up to contest against you , but from his inner circle ,he is scared if OBIRI OHAMADIKE AKA NA ANI will be coming out and since he is yet to recover from the last humiliation ,he is taking time to make sure his and HER PATH cannot meet again  ,,

SIR,  i am sure your Ministry of Works and Finance are not telling you the gospel truths on matters in the state ,especially on the issues of payments ,let me present to you a scenario that is playing currently ..
After 6 months of not paying kobo to contractors working in Anambra State,  the Ministries  finally paid them last week.
Out of close to 100 Billion Naira we owe to this contractors ,they managed to pay less than 2 Billion. They gave you bad report that they,ve paid the contractors and that must be why you announced that contractors should go back to site having received their pay, especially for them to carry on like last year ,so people coming home will think that work is going on that “WIW” .
When 2 of my Reporters reported that this was announced  at Ekwueme Square at the weekend, with those gathered there clapping  without knowing the details ,as a royal party man and UNPAID ADVISER the onus is on me to correct those mis-information .The contractors swore with their testicles dipped inside Red oil that they are not going near the sites unless they received something that worth the trouble.

The relevant authority mainly paid white contractors and left local ones with transport money in the name of payment.
See some of the payments ..
IDC   ( hanling that 3 mound of cement called flyover) got    850 Million Naira out of over 10 Billion he is owed
CCC,   450 Million Naira out of over 3 Billion owed
TAMAD,  260 Million Naira out of over 2 Billion owed
Kanuben  (Working in Agulueri),  175 Million Naira out of over 1 Billion owed
Masterholdings   30 Million (Anayo Nwandu fronting for Victor Umeh) out of over 500 Billion Owed
Akumas         50 Million  (Anayo Nwandu fronting for Victor Umeh) out of over 100 Million owed
Daniels,         25 Million out of over 100 Million owed
New Idea       30 million out of over 100 Million owed
Grandstar      20   Million out of over 100 Million owed
 Others received between 10 and 5 Million Naira each.
Sir, with the above payments I am  sure the Contractors are not going back to site ,unless with the latest promise that we are going to get a loan and pay them ,well my stake is to bring your attention to this ills and it is on your table to tackle them.


Though I know that you also suspect that the Contractors are not going anywhere near SITES and that was why you released the sum of 100 MILLION NAIRA to THE COMMISSIONER FOR WORKS MR LAW CHINWUBA to carry out some repairs to help our roads during the festival period .
Sir ,that is a good one ,a great move of someone who has the suffering of motorist in mind ,but the truth is that the Commissioner simply bought some Head pans ,SHOVELS,WHEEL BARROWS ,then Dust up some of the machines and equipments bought by ANIDS then call his MEDIA RATS and they snap pictures from 16 angles and declare that SOLOMON has come to judgment .


As for me if what they will use is nkata [wooden basket ] to fill those POT HOLES and gullies ,it is a welcome development   ..i am moving on ..
Sir ,i  want to thank you for resurrecting the ANAMBRA MAINTAINCE AGENCY which Governor Obi started ,equipped but along with other of his  projects it was abandoned until now that we have gullies along our roads . What is scaring me is whether this Maintenance  agency can be able to fix some of the roads that has degenerated so bad ,such as ICHIDA-IGBOUKWU ROAD ,AWKA ETITI-NNEWI SPUR ,EZINIFITE AGUATA  ROAD ,well my old man will say “ka orana ewetara onwe ya”[no matter how small a gift is ,it did not present it self] ,thanks for resuscitating that arm of the Government but the question now is that after the dust up ,i have not heard they have initiated action any where and Yuletide is at hand ,unless they are waiting for the next rainy season to come and go before they start .beside are they going to work differently from the 100 MILLION NAIRA worth of SHOVEL AND WHEEL BARROW MINISTRY under the office of Commissioner for works ? ,i am confused because of duplication of duties around town and this one is also scaring me ..
 My concern is not that i do not trust the Government or the Ministries but because of so many abandoned projects all over ,any one that did not start work when commissioned seems to be giving impression that STILL BIRTH is part of the modus operandi and in ANAMBRA STATE anyi na aso ya nso .


There is a state nearby ,they love fraudulent and mischievous Governance, a Government of shine shine bobo and eyes on the Presidency which sound like AROMO BITTER , but ANAMBRA is more developed and dedicated to be cowed by one person ,that is why  my old man will say “enene ka onye di ,atanyere ya nkwu” [when you look at personality you decide the brand of drink to offer him] .


MOVING ON ----
SIR ,your PRINCIPAL SECRETARY is more than confused on how to handle all the FILES due for payment from Contractors ,some petit work done in the state and over due for payments but it seems he is in a quandary on where to source fund to pay those people. Those people are owing lot of people too and need to be paid ,so they can pay off their own debt and put food on the family table as well.


SIR ,did you see what i always say about that SENATOR WITH SWAG ,the Obiri OHAMADIKE AKA NA ANI NKE MBU NA  ALA IGBO ,THE LADY WITH A MIDAS TOUCH ,SENATOR LADY IYOM UCHE EKWUNIFE ..Last  week you visited that NKPOR GULLY SITE and mandate IDC the company dumping cement at AMAOBIA,KWATA and AROMA JUNCTION claiming they are doing us BRIDGES  ,you asked them to start palliative work ,,then 2 days later the SENATOR in question came down with FEDERAL MIGHT ,also with SENATORS SWAG and change the whole thing ,,FIRST she sent IDC into hiding and now CCC is doing the work ,meaning that SENATOR UCHE EKWUNIFE has done it again within one month ....that woman na anyi ajo aru ,first she worked and MOVE CORE 47 BOKO HARAM PRISONERS out from our own EKWULOBIA, then she brought SENATORS from WORKS  to come and see what is wrong with our roads ,before that she  sponsored a BILL on the floor of the Senate for the Federal Roads in ALAIGBO ,meaning she is not only ANAMBRA CENTRAL SENATOR but she is a LADY WITH SOUTH EAST as her concern .
She gave the state a HOPE that there will be a brighter future but i beg to hold my peace for now . Kindly help us and say THANK you to the ENERGETIC  SENATOR .


EXCO OF 09/11/15 –Sir ,i was surprise that you INVITED LRC Sir Victor Umeh  the removed Apga Chairman , Mr Victor Oye  the SA to the Last Chairman and CHIEF MAJA UMEH ,also the SA and SSA,S and i was pissed that the house were chanting and ranting on how i was able to get the information on the said meeting . Let them just take a chill pill or i will start updating their FILES one after another and some are very ugly. The interesting part is where they were told reasons for THE GOVERNMENT to borrow money and  none of them dare ask –WHY DID,NT THE PREDECESSOR BORROW even one penny ? or what happened to the 75BILLION he left behind ,let me pretend that the same PAPER you presented to the HOUSE OF ASHEMBELY during the visit i quoted above ,titled “ACCESSING CENTRAL BANK OF NIGERIA [CBN] INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPEMENT FACILITY”, with 6 pages of ABRACADBRA .
The worst is page 2 ,titled “TRUE AND ACCURATE POSITION OF 75 BILLON INVESTENTS HANDOVER NOTES” ,when i read the COMMENTS from number 1 -22 ,I was so sad that whosoever wrote that CRAP is not suppose to be earning our money as salary ,what a drivel ,what a pathetic spittle wastage  .i was angry that even those people that attended ,some have the handover NOTE from OKWUTE  which stated clearly that it was over 92 BILLION .Let me refresh this for those that did not get the Original handover note and i quote ..

COMBINE FOREGN CURRENY INVESTMENT 26.5 BILLION
CERTIFIED STATE ..MDS BALANCE 28.2 BILLION
FGN REFUND 10 BILLION’
ESTIMATED LIABILITY –MARCH SALARY,PENSION,GRATUITY AND PAYMENTS FOR CERTIFICATES OF JOB DONE -5 BILLION ,,A LL TOTALLED 92 BILLION about .
If you deducted the Liability and FGN refund you will have the 75 BILLION NAIRA COOL CASH .
SIGNING OFF –Sir ,i want to report to you the WICKED act that is vested on the recent drivers employed after they sacked those that worked with OBI when they were collectively accused of leaking information’s  which up till now is not a MIRAGE . ABOUT 25 of the Drivers and all the Men of Civil defence ,also other staff excluding the Direct Drivers in your CONVOY ,HER EXCELLENCY and THE DEPUTY GOVERNOR .


I recall  last year Mr Leo Ogbuefi SSA ADMIN , sacked or say with some euphemism redeployed all the Drivers,Civil Servants that worked with OR around PETER OBI . He  employed about 50 Drivers from AGULERI  and few from Ogbunike and place all of them at LEVEL 14 STEP 6 OFFICERS in the state CIVIL SERVICE ,not withstanding that none of them holds WAEC OR GCE .
He increased their monthly allowance excerpt the Press crew that still gets the 10K ,others were getting 25 K no matter how lowly placed they are .
Reality started last 2 weeks when they converged to receive the allowance as usual ,the CIVIL DEFENCE team were the first to receive the sad news ..THAT GOVERNMENT CANNOT CONTINUE TO PAY THEM THE OUTRAGEOUS SUM AS ALLOWANCE ,THE DRIVER were told that they cannot be retained at the LEVEL 14 ,so they were dragged down to LEVEL 8 and same level 8 salary were paid to them .


SOME were muttering and some in whispers but the hard truth is that they should learn to live with it as my old man will counsel “oburo ka ife nracha si ami” [That is not how sweet grapes grow]. They were silently told that they would,ve been sacked but for the fact that they are NDI AGULERI ,they simply get demoted ,they are lucky as it is .


SIR,I AM SHOCKED THAT YOUR OFFICE ISSUED A STANARD ORDER TO STOP ALL MINISTRIES TO STOP ALL PAYMENTS NO MATTER HOW SMALL.KINDLY HAVE  A SECOND LOOK AT THAT AS THIS IS EMBER AND MANY PEOPLE ARE RELYING ON PAYMENST FROM MINISTRIES TO HAVE A GOOD END OF THE YEAR,ESPECIALLY FOR JOB DONE AND OBTANED CERTIFICATE .
