HOW TO SELECT THE SEX OF YOUR BABY, PART TWO.

In my previous post on this topic in this fast growing blog, i discussed how to select the sex of your baby and the most effective steps to follow, which includes calculating your menstrual cycle which only helps in determining the ovulation day.Note that you must be able to know the difference between ovulation and menstruation in order not to misunderstand or miscalculate the cycles.

For the benefit of those who missed my earlier post on this interesting topic, i will repeat the explanation of the terms ovulation and menstruation.

OVULATION:Yes i will start by defining ovulation which precedes menstruation. Ovulation is the release of egg from the ovary. Normally, every month an egg or some eggs are expelled from the ovary, the expelled or released eggs will now move gently down the oviduct or fallopian and eventually end up in the uterus or womb. if the released egg meets any sperm in the uterus it will then be fertilized and this will result in pregnancy. However, if there was no sperm present to fertilize the egg or eggs as the case may be, the released egg would eventually burst and flow out as blood and that is menstruation. Note that the eggs stays for a number of days before it bursts.

Now Menstruation like i explained  is the flow of blood from the vagina as a result of unfertilized egg.

Like i said in the beginning that post is dedicated to helping women with irregular menstruation know or determine their menstrual cycle. In doing that the woman has to calculate her menstrual cycle for a minimum of six consecutive months. She should write down the number of days in each cycle. She should then take the highest number and the lowest number, add both figures and then divide by two. That is the mean of the two numbers is her menstrual cycle. e.g, Assuming that the woman gets the following numbers after six months: 27,28,29,30,29,31
From the above figures you will find out that the lowest figure she got was 27, whereby the highest was 31, therefore she should add 27 to 31 and the answer she will get will be 58. Then 58 divided by 2 is equals to 29. That means that her menstrual cycle is 29 days. After determining this cycle, her ovulation day can now be predicted or anticipated in advance and the baby of her choice will now be easily achieved. Bear in mind that ovulation occurs 14 days before the next menstrual date. i.e to say that her ovulation day is 29 minus 14, equals to 15 of every month. It will now help her in knowing the most appropriate date to have sex in order to achieve the desired baby.
