How ex-minister reportedly awarded $40b annual contract to her Ghanaian PA

Startling revelations have surfaced, exposing how former minister of petroleum, Diezani Alison-Madueke awarded contracts to her Ghanaian personal assistant.
Ghanaian Oil Tycoon, Kevin Okyere was appointed as Diezani's personal assistant in 2014.
Sahara Reporters also reports that Okyere's company, Springfield Energy Ltd, was awarded a $40billion annual contract by the former minister in April 2014, two years after the company was registered.
His company was also given juicy contracts to lift Crude Oil in 2014 by Mrs Diezani.
According to Sahara Reporters, Okyere is a very influential man in Ghana.
The report revealed that "Mr. Okyere is married to Melanie Spencer, a niece of Rebecca Akufor -Addo, the wife of the NPP Presidential candidate, Nana Akufor-Addo. Melanie Spencer is the daughter of a former Ghana Airways pilot, Powis Spencer."
He has been implicated in the ongoing money laundering investigation involving the ex-petroleum minister, Diezani Alison-Madueke.
