Anambra Tribunal: Battle of the SANs, as OJ Nnadi, SAN and Onyechi Ikpeazu, SAN ………….

 www.odogwublog.com reports that there was battle of SANs in the Tribunal today about who claims victory for Anambra North senatorial zone as counsels for the petitioner Hon. Dubem Obaze and respondent Princess Stella Oduah today wrapped up their presentations before the electoral tribunal in Awka gave their closing addresses.
Counsels for INEC and PDP also made their final addresses as the tribunal has until mid October to finish its judgment on the consideration of the matter before rendering judgment.
Counsels for both sides expressed confidence that they had a good case and had offered incontrovertible evidence why the tribunal should rule in their favor.
Before adjourning, the chair of the tribunal congratulated and commiserated with the eventual winner and loser.  Of the latter, he said the recourse of going on appeal would be there. The court room was standing room only.
