Breaking News: 6 persons fall into Gutter at Onitsha-Owerri road swept off by flood

www.odogwublog.com reports that no fewer than 6 persons doing business on top of gutters along Onitsha-Owerri road fell into the gutter when the plank on top of the gutters caved in.
Tears flowed freely when the incident which happened by 5:30 pm occurred. There was nothing rescue efforts yeilded as they were flushed off by sharp flood underneath the planks to the River Niger ..........................
