APC Chief hits Obiano on N75 Billion Obi left, carpets Metuh, Emeakayi, supports Nwoye

www.odogwublog.com reports that a Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Chief Chibuzor O. Obiakor woke up on the wrong side this morning was hiting Governor Wilie Obiano of APGA on why contractors should pack out of site when former Governor Peter Obi left N75 Billion.
Obiakor who contested for House of Reps in Idemili did not stop there, he went on to hit the PDP hard querying why Ken Emeakayi group should suspend anybody ? He now landed by requesting that APC be voted in next election.

‘’What makes the Congresses that produced Prince Ken Emeakayi, and his State Working Committee (SWC), superior to the Congresses conducted by Mr. Tony Nwoye and his group?

If the answer to that question is "nothing" as it should be, then where does Mr. Emeakayi derive the powers to suspend another member of PDP?

Only in Anambra State!

First, we have the debacle happening in the APGA controlled state; where projects are stalled due to monies owed to contractors, the citizens are being taxed out of their minds by the ever increasing myriad of levies, assessments, rates, deductions, dues, and what have you in the craze for increased IGR. We have no discernible plans or on-going public education campaign for the pending floods waiting to devastate the lives of Anambra State citizens, but we have a 60th. birthday celebration that is reported to have cost N150 million in this era of minimal oil prices.

Now, we have members of PDP suspending each other without a word from the three PDP Senators in the state, nor from their members in the Federal House of Representatives.

No one has ever answered the question posed by former Governor, Mr. Peter Obi: "Are we the cause or are we cursed?"

And here, I ask my own question : "Is it not time for Anambra to reconsider her fortunes?"
My immediate answer is: "Whatever we decided to do, the Time for Change is Now!"

And that is because no one ever proffers solutions, and deep thoughts, on how to make Anambra State, and her citizens great and better than we met it.

For that reason, I say, yes, "The Time for Change is Now!"

We tried PDP for 7 years and 17 days under Governors Chinwoke Mbadinuju, Chris Ngige and Andy Uba, and all we got were troubles, confusions and lawsuits (Save the Gold Standard Roads built by Ngige even in the mist of the troubles, confusions and lawsuits).

We have had APGA for almost 9 years now, and what we are faced with is the phenomenon of "patch-patch" government where roads built just 2 and 3 years ago are already in desperate need of patch work. Despite the campaign promises of "3 Cs" (Continue; Complete and Commission) work is stalled on Hotels, Mall and other projects we were told and promised would be completed before the end of the Obi administration because the money to pay for them were "saved" and available. If Obi left N75 Billion, upon his exit, "in cash, savings and investments" why are on-going projects stalled for lack of payments to contractors? And we have the white elephant project of 3 flyover bridges with about 3 kilometers between the three of them along a federal highway running through old Awka Town that is more desperately in need of drainages and complete Urban Renewal than flyover bridges.

Yes, "The Time for Change is Now!"
