The Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) has arrested a suspect for impersonating its official and
duping unsuspecting marketers.
Mr Shehu Yusuf, Head of Retail, Outlet and Marketing of the department, made this known on Friday in Jos.
Yusuf, who said the department’s personnel caught the suspect at Akeamana service station on Domkat Bali way in Jos, alleged that he had duped no fewer than five filling stations.
Yusuf said the suspect had been handed over to the Rantia police station in low cost area.
