Stamford Bridge on Sunday.

45th minute lone strike by Edin Hazard was what the Blues needed to claim the
Premier League, leaving Manchester City, Arsenal, Man United and Liverpool to
fight for the remaining three UEFA Champions League spots.
Chelsea
have 83 points from 35 matches while City have 67 points from 34 matches while
Arsenal have 67 points from 33 matches.
