Breaking News: Zik’s first son Chukwuma dies at 75

 www.odogwublog.com reports that Onitsha is now mourning one of its own following the announcement of
the death of the first son of Nigeria’s First President, Late Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe, Chukwuma Bamidele, is dead.
He died on Sunday at the age of 75 after his respiratory ailment he suffered for years now became severe.
He died at Borromeo Hospital in the commercial city of Onitsha, even as

President General of Onitsha town union, Chief Peter Nwagu confirmed this to www.odogwublog.com . He said every other details would come from the family.
He said Owelle as he is fondly called said that the deceased had been battling with ailment.
He was addressed in Onitsha as the Owelle, after replacing his late father title after his death in 1996.
Owelle was not happy with the Federal government for abandoning his father’s Mausoleum for several years until President Goodluck Jonathan  awarded the contract .a
