www.odogwublog.com reports exclusively
that there was jubilation at Nnamdi
Azikiwe University yesterday when the
National Universities Commission announced full accreditation for the
department of Mass Communication.
The
students and staff alike were in full
jubilation including the HOD Prof Stella Chinyere Okunna.
But
efforts to speak with Okunna on the issue did not get full attention as her joy
knew no bounds.
Okunna
told www.odogwublog.com that the staff
and students were happy for the development and have taken note on areas of
deficient and areas of strength to work hard next accreditation. She admitted
the score from NUC was high but did not mention the score and insisted they
would be spurred to do more to achieve more commendations and assured they
would not lose the accreditation during next accreditation process.
But
www.odogwublog.com investigations from
NUC revealed Mass Communication department did marvelous in the report of the
accreditation as presented below……………………….
