Breaking news: MASSOB Divides, condemns and lashes out at Uwazuruike over Number plate introduction and insensitivity on issues of Biafran members

www.odogwublog.com reports that division appears to have crept into Movement for the Actualization of Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) as they now speak from the two sides of their mouth.

MASSOB national officers told its leader , Chief Ralps Uwazuruike that he is on his own over number plate and license introduction.

MASSOB in a press statement signed by the National Director of Information, MASSOB,  Comrade Uchenna Madu after a meeting by National Officers at MASSOB headquarters, Okwe condemned the so called introduction of Biafra Vehicle License and Plate Number by Uwazuruike on the pages Newspapers.

The statement read thus:’’ The Leadership has no mandate of it now. Where will people purchase the so called Biafra Plate Number or register their vehicles for License?

‘’MASSOB warns Uwazuruike to stop making caricature of the Biafra Struggle. This unplanned and unarticulated policies deface the Image of MASSOB. Things like this make Ndigbo to see MASSOB as a very unserious Organization. How can Uwazuruike be so callous and wicked and insensitive to the plight of Members in introducing the so called Biafra Plate Number and Vehicle’s license while Ndigbo knows that he had betrayed, derailed and sabotaged the Biafra revolutionary struggle.

‘’The introduction of Biafra Plate Number/Vehicle License is similar to past policies such as painting of Biafra colours on members commercial motorcycles/tricycles, enforcing the use of Biafra Currency, collection of tolls and monetary levies from traders, empowerment of MASSOB members to effect arrest of citizens and trial of persons involved in Civil/ Criminal matters which had yielded no positive progress result to the struggle but instead it killed the image of MASSOB and portrayed it as criminalized organization.

‘’Today, the once highly respected and accepted MASSOB in Igboland with the confidence and trust of Ndigbo has suddenly became an incorrigible and inconsequential organization because of criminal tendencies.

We insist that Uwazuruike who pride himself as the most influential / afluential and richest Igboman who owns about Fifty posh cars will start using the Biafra Plate Numbers/ Vehicle License followed by his wife and children whom we presume they will be in Nigeria because they are schooling in abroad. We can never allow our members to continue perishing foolishly and stupidly because of Uwazuruike who has no single concern for our families and general welfare.

‘’As a result of members involvement in the past policies, many are still in Police cells and Prisons, some are still in mortuary. Many were killed without proper burial. Hundreds of members lost their Okada and Keke, Landlords evicted some members who are their tenants, many lost their businesses and shops, some are disfigured and inflicted external injuries as a result of carrying out Uwazuruike’s Order which he cannot observe.

How can Uwazuruike who claims he is leading a total revolutionary struggle for Biafra actualization will also get deeply involved in Nigeria politics, dinning and romancing with same Nigeria Govt. that always derive joy in killing MASSOB members, throwing them in prisons, and projecting Ndigbo into economical, political, Religious, Academics and Social slavery. Uwazuruike is a hypocrite.

‘’On the Presidential election, MASSOB has never declared our preferred candidates even though we as Ndigbo have more sympathy, love and trust for President Goodluck Jonathan as a fellow Christian and close neighbour of Ndigbo, we still need some concrete assurance from him concerning the general development of Igbo land and the difficulties Ndigbo are passing in the hands of Nigeria Govt. MASSOB shall decide our preferred Presidential Candidate on 9^th March, 2015.

‘’MASSOB advice Mr. President or his agents not to take Uwazuruike serious because he has never delivered any candidate he collected their money. Uwazuruike betrayed Gov. Ikedi Ohakim of Imo State in 2011, he also betrayed Ifeanyi Uba of Anambra State in 2013, and he also betrayed some senatorial candidates in 2011 general elections after collecting Millions of Naira from them promising them that thousands of MASSOB members will deliver them.
