CONGRATULATIONS TO GOV OBIANO ON TUESDAY BORN AGAIN REPORT CARD

MY GOVERNOR,

I GREET YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART.

Today is simply to congratulate you on the new RECYCLYING plant that you wants to bring to the state ,I say I am proud ,that is what we need in the state. That is what we expected and when such project do start working for you ,it is we the Governed that will say WILLIE IS WORKING and not a 2 story building high SIGN POST that block opposite views of the road which currently criss crossed the state announcing WILLIE IS WORKING ,while people on the ground will not see through the Bill Board toward the work that it is projecting.

I am happy that such plant if started will help in so many ways ,I am sure that the plant is not an MOU which many of this our fellow brothers in Diaspora prefer to bring all in an effort to feel important and to pontificate as one of the investors . We have signed enough of that MOU and it is time to start implementing or scrapping the MOU DATA point in the state.

Sir,I want also to congratulate you on the PLASTIC TRAFFIC CUBILES introduced to the state with USB port ,they are good but if what we hear about the price is right ,then I will beg you to always ask for counter quotations on any giving job or contract ,so that the execution price will not always be on the mountain side .

Sir, I also congratulate you on the on going many roads in AGULERI but I will like to remind you that many towns in AGUATA and ORUMBA will be blessed if you remember them with Roads ,yes mmadu ka azo onwe ya but this period I will love to remind us that the projects are state sponsored and therefore it is suppose to be inter spread to wide and near ,imagine towns like ONNE,ENUGWU UMUONYIA, EZIRA ,AKPO,and some Towns within that angle ,they,ve not seen CATAPILLAR in action ,the only black spot they,ve seen on their soil may be when paint fall on the ground .This are people who urgently needed to be remembered with Tarred roads.

REMINDER –

Sir,I told you many moons ago about the fraudulent dashing ,yes I mean dashing as in giving free of our ONUICHA HOTEL  to CARDINAL DEVELOPERS ,a company that did not bring not even one defected kobo to the state ,we gave them a signature project on MOU ? ,let me not say much but to bring to your notice that since we gave them that property ,they,ve not added one block to the existing structure and we all know that if you leave an on going project for a while by the time you get back to it many things will be wrong and you need to adjust whatever budget made previously to accommodate the decays and amendments that must be projected to enable the builders start anew.

His Excellency Sir, also I noticed that the OKA SHOPPING COMPLEX that was going on before with the speed of bullet ,since we also dash it out without biddings or competitions ,the work has stopped  as well. I will remind you Sir that the same faith is applicable to SHOPPING MALL at NNEWI ROUND ABOUT since we dash that out too ,work is in NO PROGRESS . How about the AGULU LAKE RESORT ? ,well I will leave that for now after all we know or we suspect na ndi Agulu tabiri ome ji gi somehow ,but the project will bring tourism and revenue to the state ,so if you ask me, the location does not and will not matter,what matters is the existence of the project and the jobs it will attract .

Sir,since CARDINAL DEVELOPERS are just another BRICK LAYER why not retrieve those projects we dashed them and make them an open bid with time line for completion ,that way many BILLIONAIRES in the state will bid for it ,buy it and complete it and put them in use. Sir,we are happy that work is going on seriously on the 3 ENUGWU EXPRESS WINDOW DECORATIVE BRIDGES between AMAOBIA,KWATA JUNCTION and AROMA ROUND ABOUT ,it is good at least it will make people driving pass the state to say –NDI NA AGBA MBO but Sir ,I will like to point to you a spot again in AWKA that needed Bridge faster than any other place ,that road that harbored H20 JOINT,GA GA NIGHT CLUB,KOFI BAR that leads to NGOZIKA ESTATE, but the road-ABAKILIKI STREET terminated at the entrance of PARLOS VERDES HOTEL AND SUITE ..the ROAD  link IYI AGU to NGOZIKA and it is  SPUR that will decongest traffic from OKPUNU,IFITE that are going to AMAOBIA ,they will simply pass through that road to Ngozika Estate road and hit NNPC junction .That spot needs a small BRIDGE OR BIG CULVERT and you,ve arrested it and Ndi mmadu ana etizi WILLIE IS REALLY WORKING .

Sir,I am not a soothsayer but as a POLITICAL SCIENTIST i look at political setting and analise how it will end up …this election will surprise many people and what I truly want to suggest to you Sir,is to do everything within your powers to reach out to majority of the people that worked for your enthronement as the Governor ,as we speak over 98% are really angry with you for neglect and abandonment , after this election which will spring surprises ,it will be a trying time for your Government as there won,t be any favor for you to call [THIS IS IDIOMATIC EXPRESSION for you as an Igbo Chief to decode what I am saying],I am not talking about myself after all I made my stand known in my last week REPORT CARD but there are many others and eme ngwa ngwa emeghala had I know.

Sir ,currently there are 2 new recruits in your E team ,I was shocked and surprise that your media team allowed that 2 ,especially one of them that every body on social media know as SERIAL BLACK MAILER ,your enemies are not even those that bad mouthed you or people like me that tell you the truth ,sir the enemies are those who brought those that hated you with PERFECT HATERED ,those that fought your election with all they got ,men that swore that you can never be the Governor and people fought them day in and day out to make sure you made it. Now suddenly they turned back and start sulking to you and you think they want you ? well be on notice that they sale to the highest bidder and they got no shame nor conscience ,whatever they get from your side that can be sold ,be rest assured that they will sale it without even blinking an eye lid.

I know you,ve suspected many people ,even me got baffled but now I can point to the mouse and will be accurate and precise.

The rat is somebody that always cry to you as the most trusted aide ,He loves to know everything that happens around you . He has a good job but he always wants to take over the head of MEDIA or precisely he wants to be named the CHIEF PRESS SECRETARY ,he hates James with passion but pretends he is kind of friendly.

Sir all he does is to wear mask attack you ,then remove mask and run to INTERNET and defend you ,then he makes it to sound as if he is the only one capable of defending you and he boast to you how invisible he is and how he is INTERNET GURU .He LOVES GOSSIP more than food and drink .Why am I doing this ? because I was wondering why he kept egging me on ,he knows me and what I can do ,that I am somebody who NOBODY WILL HAVE AS ENEMY AND ENJOY NIGHT SLEEP ,that is why every time I wanted to stop my Report Card ,he will wear one of his many masks and attack me thereby provoking me to come back and continue enjoying the game. He is the weasel that always come to you to report which SSA and SA did that and this ,he is the one that sulk the most ,he is the one that wants to know everything that happens even at events above his pay grade.

Sir, you know who I am talking about but if you do not know it from the above description then it means you do not deserve to know .If I may suggest the best way to deal with this is to SWAP that position for him ,let him take over the Media job and let JAMES take over his job and I guarantee you that I will simply teach him one or two lessons in CYBER WAR . What he wanted me to do all along was for me to turn to my very self ,a CRITIC but I decided to run a REPORT CARD which is very subtle and considerate .I simply reserved my CRITIC mode for him to get the position he so much love ,give him his dream ,offer him the CPS OR media head and let me give him his kind of treatment .
