National Light workers appeal to Obiano to come to their rescue

www.odogwublog.com reports that workers of Anambra state Printing Co-operation  , publishers of National Light Newspapers are angry and unhappy they have been abandoned by the Governor Willie Obiano administration.

Reports reaching www.odogwublog.com confirms that the grievances are real as the workers lament that they are daily striving to launder the image of the government yet nothing comes to them as compensation.
They lament they were ignored in the recent salary increase of the civil    servants and even the one bag each for every civil servant in the state did not come their way. They wondered if they had done anything wrong to warrant the discrimination.
The staff were seen today murmuring and speaking in low tunes against what they considered partiality in treating civil servants in the state as their own is unbearable as they don’t have pension and gratuity yet no salary increment and benefits .
They appealed to Obiano to intervene so that the workers at National Light would be happy like other civil servants while doing their work. They said they are waiting for their own rice during the Easter celebration and their salary to be increased like their counterparts.
The National Light is under the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism manned by Chief Tony Onyima and the Managing Director of National Light , is Mr Chuka Nnabuife. Both could not be reached while before press time but those who spoke to www.odogwublog.com maintained anonymous saying all is not well with them ........................................................details later
