briefing in Abuja where after waiting for hours from 10 in the morning before it was announced 5 pm, Prof. Jega speaks to
journalists.
The INEC Chairman came in over 5 hours later and
announced the postponement of the February 14 general elections. March
28th is the new date scheduled for the Presidential election while April
11th was scheduled for other elections.
Some journalists put up some questions which the INEC chairman answered these questions.
