N8 Billion MDG Fund Missing In Anambra State? Says An Open Letter To His Excellency Governor Willie Obiano From Mazi Odera

               

Your Excellency Sir,

I have tried on many occasions to get to your attention many things that are going good and those going wrong but all my messages never get response ,so I believe that it will be better if I start doing it this way ,perhaps it will get to you, after all kedu ife ana acho na ike ite na abughi azu ,what matters is for the message sent through smoke to reach sky.

His Excellency Sir, there is something that is going wrong , it is so wrong that if not checked ,nke bu aru ga eme which we did not bargain for .

You promised us Ndi Anambra for a CONTINUITY from Gov Obi’s projects but sir ,I will tell you that detractors are poised to make sure that you did not deliver on your promises, do not take my word for it ,let me explain..

LADY VIVIAN NWANDU resigned her appointment as the HEAD OF MDG [Millennium Development Goals.] ,She cited personal reasons for her resignation but Sir ,either she prefer to lie to you or she is scared to tell you the gospel truth.

She did not resign for any personal reason, she resigned for professional reasons, this brings me to ACCOUNTANT GENERAL of the State.

Sir, the Accountant General of the state moved from MDG a lump sum of 8 BILLION NAIRA and moved it into miscellaneous account or something like that ,you can ask him ,he will explain that better and I am sure that as a STAR STUDDED AUDITOR of your caliber that he cannot play you or use some mumbo jumbo to confuse you.

We know that MDG fund is not state fund and cannot be co-mingled with state fund ,but how come the Accountant General delved into it ?.

Lady Vivian Nwandu did not resign her appointment because she wanted to ,she resigned because she may not want to be at the helm when MDG will die un-natural death in ANAMBRA STATE caused by lack of fund .

Sir, again I will not forget to tell you also to query the ACCOUNTANT GENERAL on why he stopped all the payments due for contractors, ok ,let me put it this way ,the state account were frozen and all the contractors have abandoned all the on going projects and he only paid the one you awarded in Aguleri , I mean that 47 kilometers of road leading to OIL field, he paid that one in full just to blind you or say, for it to seem as if everything is working in your sight, then people may be thinking that you were involved in dichotomy projects.

Kindly call your Works ministry and ask them if there is any work awarded by your predecessor that is still active .

Sir, please kindly cross check the 30 names on the committee for OIL AND GAS and you will see that 10 are from Aguleri and 15 from Anambra North ,if that can be balanced a bit to incorporate other areas ,it will be a kind gesture .
