Dominion City Church, Awka branch, has supported members and destitute in their worship community with cash support, free medical care, food items.


Dominion City Church was founded by Pastor David Ogbueli and is in the habit of visiting hospitals and less privileged for charity as well as prisons.



They equally visited hospitals and along the roads for charity work after marathon prayers as directed  by the Resident Senior Pastor Ifeanyi Oguchi, at the church premises in Awka during the programme tagged “Good neighbour weekend.

They checked members blood pressure, blood sugar level  with their mobile lab unit and gave free drugs prescribed by the four visiting medical consultants from Nnewi, and Anambra state University Teaching Hospital, Awka.

Pastor Oguchi said the programme was to reach out to the needy people in the society and also continue with the work Jesus did while on earth as Jesus demanded for personal involvement in caring for other’s needs.

A beneficiary , Mrs, Ifunanya Okafor, who received N5,000 gift from the church visiting crew at her sick bed at Anambra stateUniversity Teaching Hospital Amaku Awka, said ,“I have been cured of my ailment but could not leave the hospital. 

The N5,000 was exactly what I needed to settle my hospital bill. In fact, this is a huge miracle; this people are God-sent. I am speechless and I thank God for bringing them this way to meet me at the point of my need. If all churches are like this, then the world will be a better place.”
