Hand In Hand Synergy Network Lauds Jonathan’s Economic Initiatives

Odogwuemekaodogwu.blogspot.com reports that Dutse , Jigawa state was agog as an apolitical support group, Hand-in-Hand Synergy Network, has urged Nigerians to cue in on the economic objectives of President Goodluck Jonathan in order to ensure the effective development of the country.

The National Co-coordinator of the group, Barr. Ugochukwu Adilieje, noted that the various economic and developmental project, policies and initiatives of the president have gone a long way to empower Nigerians and bring soccour to the common man, thereby restoring hope in governance.

Adilieje, in a press statement he issued  in Dutse, after he led his group on a sensitization tour of Jigawa state, specifically noted that the foundation-laying and inauguration of 20 billion cubit feet gas processing facility in Akwa Ibom state earlier this week was a significant feat towards ensuring power supply to the citizenry.

He also noted that Jonathan’s initiative to rehabilitate the hitherto moribund rail system in the country by employing and training over 3000 people to man the system was quite viable, just as his recent distribution of 200 billion Naira loan to micro-small and medium scale entrepreneurs for eventful business development would bring economic boom to many family units across the country.

Adilieje equally explained that Jonathan has ignited enhanced grassroots development through his recent commercial agriculture  credit scheme, of which many rural dwellers, including his members benefited.

The Hand-in-Hand coordinator therefore, urged the people to rally en-mass to support the president when he declares to run in the 2015 presidential election, adding that “Dr. Goodluck Jonathan is the best qualified person across the length and breathe of Nigeria to lead the nation.”

In his speech, a People Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain in the state, Alhaji Kasim Abubakar, expressed gratitude to the visiting group for their foresight and enlightenment  and promised that he and other stakeholders would work and rally support for the president in 2015.
