Enugu Deputy Governor, Sunday Onyebuchi Impeached For Operating A Poultry

                          


odogwuemekaodogwu.blogspot.com reports that the Enugu State House of Assembly earlier this morning impeached the Deputy Governor of Enugu State, Mr. Sunday Onyebuchi  for operating a poultry  among others.

The 24-member House unanimously voted in favour of Onyebuchi’s removal from office after adopting the report of the 7-man panel that investigated allegations of misconduct leveled against him. He was indicted for alleged misconduct.
The impeachment proceeding was presided over by the Speaker, Mr. Eugene Odo while the House Leader, Mr. S.K.E Udeokoye moved the motion which was unanimously adopted.
The impeachment panel had on Monday submitted its report in three volumes and indicted the Deputy Governor saying he was guilty of all the three charges preferred against him.
