ACP Adeoye
Odogwuemekaodogwu.blogspot.com reports exclusively
that there is a massive transfer of police officers from the South-East to
Chibok and other local government areas in Boko Haram inflicted states of
Borno.
Already, there was confusion in the Anambra state
command of the Nigerian Police yesterday as tension rose when some police men
from the command were posted to the crisis torn North East especially
Borno and Adamawa states to the extent
that a DPO from Anaku police division (names withheld by us) resigned.
The officer is due for retirement February 2015 and
was posted to Chibok , Borno state as DPO. He decided to rather go home in
peace than in pieces since his retirement is due for January.
The move shook the state police command that many
are considering the option of resigning too but it was not clear if other
officers have joined the resignation fever catching Anambra state command
especially those transferred to Borno, Adamawa among others even Sokoto in
another region.
