Anambra First Lady Pet Project ‘CAFÉ’ Gets Commendation For Empowering Thousands Of Indigent People

        

Odogwuemekaodogwu.blogspot.com reports that an Ekwulobia based Philanthropist in Anambra state, Chief Obi Okoli  has described ‘’Caring Family Enhancement Initiative (CAFE),the pet project of Anambra state Governor’s wife , Chief Mrs Eberechukwu Obiano as unique and thrilling.

Chief Okoli who is the Managing Director , Ekwulobia Urban Mass Transit and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Obi and Sons limited appealed to Obiano’s wife to ensure that the right people targeted to benefit from the gesture are not excluded thorough favouritism.

Speaking during the flag off of the 2014 August women General meeting at the Women’s Development Center, Awka , Chief Okoli appealed to Anambra philanthropists to galvanize support for Chief Mrs Obiano to actualize her dream of lifting orphans and vulnerable children as well as poor indigent rural women in 177 communities of the state, enjoined them to distant party affiliation in this regards.

He reminded that electioneering campaign politics has gone with party division as the elected Governor , Chief Willie Obiano is now Governor of everybody irrespective of party affiliation and should be see as such.   

  ‘’I am personally supporting this Caring Family Enhancement Initiative (CAFÉ) because it is targeted at Children , orphans and vulnerable children as well as poor rural women and widows in the 177 communities that made up the state.  If we can shelve our personal interests and support the project, our children would reap it in future’’.

The MD of Ekwulobia Urban Mass Transit encouraged Anambrarians to shun divisive tendencies but exhibit patriotism adding that she would actualize her dreams for Anambra.

Reactin the SSA Protocol to Her Excellency , wife of Anambra state Governor, Chief Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano assured CARE will leverage the situation of the less privileged in the 177 communities and requested for good ideas to move CARE and the state forward. She regretted that many children were on the street as well as mad people but assured the administration of Governor Willie Obiano will tidy it up for better society.

Wife of Anambra state Governor , Ebelechukwu Obiano had on 1^st August , 2014 flagged off the August women meetings at the women development center Awka attended by crème de la crème in the society  where she charged women to support the administration of here husband to move the state forward.

She assured to transform the fortunes of women , widows , and the people living with disability and less privileged children in Anambra adding that she will revamp the status of old people by re-activating the old people’s homes through the ministry of women Affairs and social development manned by Dr Victoria Chikwelu as commissioner.

Chief Mrs Obiano reminded that she has started with life saving kits for expectant women and distribution of cancer testing kits to the entire local government areas while this August 30 indigent women , 15 children and 8 physically challenged persons from each community will benefit from CAFE.
