2015: Awka Agog For Jonathan’s Campaign Group As Hundreds Of Thousands Storm Awka

Hundreds of supporters of the President Goodluck Jonathan 2015 Presidency project are already in Awka the Anambra state capital from all walks of life in the five Eastern states .
They are arriving in long frame vehicles in groups among others even as siren carrying personalities were blaring everywhere. The news everywhere is hat President Goodluck Jonathan is flagging off the campaign in person.
Alex Ekwueme square , venue of the event, odogwuemekaodogwu.com reports is already filled to the capacity as at 10 am for an event scheduled for noon.

 Dr Ifeanyi Ubah of the Capital Oil fame is the brain behind the Transforma­tion Ambassadors of Nigeria, (TAN) organizers of the campaign rally for President Jonathan’s re-election in 2015.
Director of Communications of the TAN, Dr Udenta Udenta had earlier in a press conference in Abuja yesterday said similar rallies would hold across the geo-political zones in the country.
Though President Jona­than is yet to officially de­clare interest in the PDP presidential ticket, Udenta however noted that the “highpoint of the rallies is the collation of signatures and telephone numbers of more than 10 million Nige­rians who would place a de­mand on the President to seek re-election”
Dignitaries expected at the Awka rally include for­mer Vice President, Dr. Alex Ekwueme, former Sen­ate Presidents Chief Adol­phus Wabara and Senator Ken Nnamani; Secretary to the Government of the Fed­eration, Senator Anyim Pius Ayim , Senator Ike Ekweremadu , Former Governor Peter Obi, Governor Willie Obiano as well as Senators and members of the House of Representatives and top political appointees from the South-East zone.
Udenta further noted that the President Jonathan ad­ministration has brought tremendous progress to the South-East and in apprecia­tion of his positive impact, “the people of the South-East zone who are already overwhelmed by the unpar­alleled achievements of Mr. President in varied spheres of human endeavours in­cluding massive social and physical infrastructure, hu­man capital development, employment generation and appointments, would place a demand on Dr. Jonathan.”
