odogwuemekaodogwu.com reports that the National Chairman of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Chief Victor Umeh visited Nnewi the country home of the APGA Leader , Late Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu to celebrate his victory at the Appeal Court over Chief Maxi Okwu.
