Polytechnic students remain at home

National President of Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics, Comrade Chibuzor Asomugha yesterday exclusively told odogwuemekaodogwu.blogspot.com that the strike remains.
The meeting between the lecturers and the federal government ended in a deadlock.
It could be recalled that the ASUP has been on strike since October 1 demanding among others better working condition, infrastructure improvement, and an end to discrimination of polytechnic graduates.

Minister of Labour, Chukwuemeka Wogu who led the FG delegation could not reach a truce with the Polytechnic teachers.
