Father, Late Flora Nwapa's husband, Chief Gogo Nwakuche disowns Son, Uzoma Gogo Nwakuche

Public Notice from a multi millionaire business man and Managing Director of Lake Concrete Nigeria Limited Chief Gogo Nwakuche, father of Mr Uzoma Nwakuche.

This notice of disclaimer is to appraise the Oguta Community of Imo State of Nigeria, in particular, and Nigerians in general that Mr. Uzoma Gogo Nwakuche, whose photograph appears herein has ceased to be known or regarded as the son of Ogbuagu(Chief) Gogo Nwakuche of Umunsoha village, Oguta, Imo state of Nigeria.

In more specific terms, he has debased me by his writings to Federal Government’s Institutions, parastatals and commercial banks having business dealings with me and companies in which I have substantial interests, and claiming in the write ups that age has incapacitated me and misinforming them that I have retired from corporate practice, and that he had been appointed in my stead to over the companies when there was no such development. He had collected tens of millions of naira from this dubious take over.

As if these were not enough, he had taken further steps, and manipulated documents at cooperate affairs commission, Abuja in a bid to take over my companies. These false take-over bids are subject of litigations in various Courts of the Land.

I reiterate that Mr. Uzoma Gogo Nwakuche by this publication ceases to be my son, and loses all rights and privileges appurtenant in the relationship of a father and son. Upon my passage, he shall not be allowed to participate in any rite of passage, burial and obsequies done in my honour or memory and shall not partake in any inheritance from me. He may seek his inheritance at Umunsoha Village, Oguta where I migrated from.
