www.odogwublog.com reports that Federal High Court 3, Abuja will on 27th June, 2018 hear a
case between Jideofor Chinwuba Ezeh , as Plaintiff and Banex Microfinance Bank
Limited and Dr Victor Ogochukwu Mbanisi as defendants.
The Plaintiff is asking the defendants of C1-C2 Banex plaza
, plot 741 Aminu Kano crescent , Wuse 2 Abuja to within Thirty days (30)
explain why they removed the Managing Director without due process.
The plaintiff is asking the defendants why the Plaintiff ,
Jideofor Chinwuba Ezeh should be removed as Managing Director and Director of
the defendant without due process
The plaintiff is asking the court to declare that ‘’ the
plaintiff’s removal as Managing Director and Director of the Defendant is
illegal and therefore null and void.
The Plaintiff’s lawyer , Nnamdi Akuneto of V.I Nnaji and co
chambers is asking the court for, ‘’ A declaration that the plaintiff is still
the Managing Director and Director of the defendant.
‘’A declaration that all actions and decisions taken by
Collins Nwachukwu or any other person who acted or is acting as Managing
Director of the defendant, as purported Managing Director of the defendant from
11th August, 2017 is/are illegal , null and void.
‘’An order of court ordering the defendant to pay the
plaintiff all his entitlements and remunerations as the Managing Director of
the defendant from the month of August until judgment is entered.
‘’An order of court ordering plaintiff’s 21 percent of all
Plaintiff’s entitlements until judgment
is delivered.
‘’An order of court ordering the first defendant to pay the
plaintiff the sum of Fifty Million Naira (N50,000,000) as damages for the pain,
stress and shame the defendant made the plaintiff pass through the wrongful
removal as a director of the company.
‘’An order of court ordering the defendant to pay the
plaintiff the cost of the cost of suit put at Two Million naira (N2,000,000).
As well, the FCT High Court, Abuja will on 17th
July, 2018 hear for mention the case between Jideofor Chinwuba Ezeh, as
plaintiff and Banex Group Limited as defendant on suit No C/3235/17.
Banex is owned by Chief Victor Ogochukwu Mbanisi and 14 days
writ of summon was served the company on 17th October, 2017 by order of court,
with the plaintiff claiming defamation of his character by the defendant.
The Plaintiff aside claiming being maligned , said the
statement by the defendant was done with malice and therefore asking for an
order of the court to award him One Hundred Million naira (N100,000,000) for
the damages done to his name and person.
The Plaintiff’s lawyer , Nnamdi Akuneto of V.I Nnaji and co
chambers as well claimed that the defendant should pay them the court charge of
Two Million Naira, cost of the suit.
There is as well another related case before the National
Industrial Court Abuja on same 17th July, 2018 between the plaintiff who
complained against injustices of the defendants against him.
Several calls to the defendant/ Chairman of Banex to
ascertain why he allowed such a case to go on instead settling his brother
since they are both from Oraukwu in Anambra state were not picked.
The plaintiff, Jideofor picked his call but said no words
even as he would have been asked to know why he allowed the case to go to court
since the Banex owner is capable to settle whatever rift outside court with
him.
There was a report on ICPC AND NDIC over tax evasion,
forgeries , money laundry and threat to life this medium gathered that
warranted the faceoff between Banex Chairman and Managing Director of one of
his numerous companies that could still be resolved.
