*Senator Chris Ngige lied...says Anambra APC Stakeholders*

The attention of APC Anambra Stakeholders have been drawn to online and Newspaper publications where the Minister of Labour and Employment, Senator Dr Chris Ngige, through his Media Aide tried to personalize what happened at Finotel Hotel on Sunday 6th May,2018. Dr Chris Ngige should please desist from dragging the name of Gubernatorial Candidate,Dr Tony Nwoye into the fracas. We believe that Dr Chris Ngige is in a better position to tell the world the truth.

Anambra State Stakeholders of our Great Party will not want to Join issues with The Minister. What transpired on sunday at Finotel is entirely an internal affair of our Party. We wonder why Dr Chris Ngige is calling PDP? Why forming the habbit of lying to the people at all times. Why cant Dr Chris Ngige as an Elder Statesman and Public Servant for once say truth the way they are.

It is very unfortunate that Dr Chris Ngige could describe fellow party members who came for the Stakeholders meeting as thugs. The Stakeholders like Chief George Muoghalu(The Current National Auditor of Our Party),Engr Barth Nwibe(The Current Board Chairman of University of Jos Teaching Hospital),Engr Johnbosco Onunkwo,Chief Azuka Okwuosa and many others came to the meeting on our own. There was an adequatr security in and around the hotel.

We are not interested in who becomes what in Ward Executives of our great party. we are not in contention with Dr Ngige for dominace of the ward executives of the party.The current Executive members of our great party were single handedly picked by Dr Chris Ngige. What every Stakeholder in the party is demanding is to allow the people to elect who will lead them. Let there be Internal Democracy in our Party,most especially in Anambra State.

The meeting which started very cordial, took a twist when the State Chairman and the Party Leader, Dr Chris Ngige, tried to justify the Press Interview granted by the Leader,Dr Ngige, where He said that the Ward Congresses in the State have been held.
*Many Issues were raised by the Stakeholders:*
1. How can one assert that the Ward Congress held when the Ward Congress Panel just arrived Anambra state today that is that sinday 6th May,2018?

2. Which Party Register was used to conduct the purported Ward Congress when the State Chairman admitted that he received the Party register late on Friday and it was not used and still in his custody.

2. Which Result sheets were used to conduct the exercise when the Congress Panel for the State just arrived and are meant to be in custody of the result sheet.

4. Modalities for the conduct of the congress is yet to be issued as the ad hoc panel for the ward Congress was yet to be commissioned and posted.

5. Non-issuance of nomination forms to contenstants for various wards offices after payment were duly made.

6. Finally, an impostor by name Musa Yunusua was identified to be among the panels whereas his name not in official list of ward Congress Panel.

Failure to justify or provide answers to the above issues led to the shouting and fracas.

We condemned the violence, saying our only interest as the leaders of the party was to ensure the peaceful conduct of the congresses, let Internal democracy return to the party and to appeal to all party members to remain calm and resolute.

We maintained that the first committee that came to Anaambra State after addressing the Stakeholders were swapped with Imo State Congress Committee as a result of the Problem in Imo State on That same Friday Night.

So,as at Saturday morning,the New Committee from Imo state were yet to arrive Anambra State,because they were held up in Imo State.
The Committee eventually arrived Anambra State on Sunday. The Stakeholders meeting held on Sunday was at the request of State Working Committee of the Party for them to address the members.
The names and Phone numbers of the committee members are provided here for anyone to reach them and ask them when and how did they conduct the congress.

The First Panelist that came to conduct the Congress did not sell any form neither did they consult we,the Stakeholders, on how to go about with the sensitive materials before they left for Imo state. The Sales of Form in those wards or areas as mentioned by Dr Ngige were in the Imagination of Dr Chris Ngige,who is not even a member of the committee.

There was no name in the list for Anambra and Imo were Yunusa Musa was mentioned as a member or Chairman of the Congress Panel. How did he get access to Congress forms and Result sheets is what only Dr Chris Ngige could explain. We,the Stakeholders, are not interested in who becames what in the party but Chief Dr Chris Ngige should stop treating Party members as his slaves. We are not his slaves We are members of this party with him. We have stakes in the party likewise him.
