Jubilation as Grace of God Mission International consecrates 8 Bishops -------as Bishop Nwachukwu, Pastor Oritsejafor admonish


ODOGWU EMEKA ODOGWU of www.odogwublog.com in this report x-rays the one week activities of the Grace of God Mission International that culminated in the consecration of new Bishops for the work of God by the Presiding Bishop and founder of the Grace of God Mission International, Bishop Dr Paul. C Nwachukwu, MP, UN.
Immediate President of Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, Pastor Ayodele Joseph Oritsegbubemi Oritsejafor, known as Papa Ayo Oritsejafor, who challenged the new bishops to shun self and dedicate themselves to the work of God and use Jesus Christ’s standards according to the Bible in all circumstances.
Oritsejafor who is the founding and Senior Pastor of Word of Life Bible Church, located in Warri, Nigeria encouraged the Bishops and the entire Christendom not to forget Jesus Christ no matter what and preach the gospel undiluted.
He commended Presiding Bishop and founder of the Grace of God Mission International, Bishop Dr Paul Chuck’s Nwachukwu, for his vision and mission particularly in spreading evangelism without bounds undiluted across the globe and appealed to the new Bishops to follow the footsteps of Bishop Nwachukwu. 
In his remarks, the Presiding Bishop and founder of the Grace of God Mission International, Bishop Dr Paul. C Nwachukwu, while congratulating the new Bishops to be worthy Ambassadors of the Church and society by being exemplary like Jesus Christ as the elder brother of true Christians and perfect example of sonship.
The Presiding Bishop further said:‘’ I have high confidence and expectations from them as I pray for God’s exceptional favour and exceeding grace upon them. They need our prayers daily and support because to whom much is given, much is expected. It is indeed a great milestone achievement for Grace of God Mission, the Pentecostal community and indeed entire Kingdom of God. I also want to use this medium to encourage other divisional Superintendents to work more smartly as this is an ongoing process that will include as many as have committed and distinguished themselves in the work of the Ministry’’.

Bishop Nwachukwu who was overjoyed that his son was among those consecrated in his life time noted that those selected were carefully and prayerfully selected from their track record of commitment, consistency and deep hunger for service to God and humanity-with readiness to take more territories for the Kingdom.
He reminded that the consecration was unique and unprecedented in the history of Pentecostalism in Nigeria adding that it was the first time an indigenous Pentecostal Church was consecrating 8 Bishops at a time.
He said 2017 is a year of multiple blessings for the Grace of God Mission International as so many historic things happened including his triple jubilee celebration of 53 years as a born again Christian, 50 years behind the pulpit, and 70 years of birthday in October, then the consecration.   

In an interview with newsmen, the Chairman 2017 Convention Planning Committee and President, Married Men Fellowship (Men’s President) of Grace of God Mission International, Elder Walter Akuruka described the theme of this year’s convention ‘’Unveiling our Sonship’’ as apt and relevant for the consecration even as he thanked God for a successful convention, matriculation, convocation and consecration. He encouraged the new Bishops to brace up to their calling as the elevation is for more selfless work in expanding the word of God to depopulate hell and populate heaven.

The one week convention featured the consecration of 8 Bishops including Rev Dr Ejike John Monwuba , Rev Chris Anoke , Rev Barth Nkwado, Rev Charles Ogbonna , Rev Paul Nwachukwu Nwachukwu Jnr, Rev David Ubanatu , Rev Mathew Etubi and Rev Dr Godwin Onyema  Madu at His Glory Cathedral , Trans Nkisi GRA , Onitsha, Anambra state.
It also witnessed the 37th graduation ceremony and 38th Matriculation ceremony of Grace Theological Institute in affiliation with Logos University, USA.
Chairman Bishopric consecration Planning Committee , Evangelist Bright Alaribe commended the commitment and dedication of the Presiding Bishop of Grace of God Mission International , Bishop Nwachukwu to raise young generation of God’s Army at this end time, which he said is a demonstration of global leadership quality. 

Other Bishops in attendance were Bishop Dr Mark Udenkwo, Bishop Dr Tony Abasili, Bishop Dr S Ibeneme, and Bishop Dr Marcel Onuigbo while the officiating ministers included Bishop Abraham Chugbundu, Apostle KNC Offordile, Bishop Dr Joseph Onuchukwu , Dr Misty Grant , Prof Onwuchekwa O. Enyi , Bishop E.C Obiora , Apostle Dr Ndu Akuchie and Rev Dr Chidi Okoroafor.
Others in attendance were Barr G.N Afah Esq. who administered the oath of office on the Bishops , Deacon K.C Anago , Deaconess Uju Anammah , Rev A.C. Ginikanwa , Deacon Numac .O. Kalu , Pastor Glady Edewor, Deacon Okwuchukwu , Deacon Edwin Abuchi , Pastor (Prince) Destiny Irondi who was the secretary Planning committee and Prof Joseph Ikechebelu , Vice Chairman planning committee among others.
The Presiding Bishop while handing them over to the throne of God urged them to shun compromises and fight false doctrines as God’s purpose in their lives can never be thwarted by any man.
Bibles and brand new jeeps among other armour to overwhelm challenges in the mission of evangelism were handed over to them amidst jubilation by members across the world.
