NNAMDI KANU, JUSTICE BINTA NYAKO ABSENT IN COURT

Nnamdi Kanu's absence in the court have stalled his trail, recalling that the IPOB leader was declared missing since soldiers invaded his home.In a similar way  Justice Binta could not be in court as he was to attend the All Judges Conference, in Abuja.

This marks the second time the leader of the proscribed group, IPOB had been absent in court after the alleged invasion of his home by the military on September 14. But information has it that his co-defendants and sureties like Eyinnaya Abaribe was present in court.

Kanu’s lawyer, Ifeanyi Ejiofor, told the judge on October 17 that Kanu had been missing since soldiers allegedly invaded the IPOB leader’s home.
