Gunmen kidnap businessman in Yenagoa

A Bayelsa-based businessman, Chief Okorobia of Unduwari town in the
Southern Ijaw local government area of the state, was on Sunday,
September 24th, kidnapped by unknown gunmen in Akenfa, a suburb of
Yenagoa, Bayelsa state capital. According to reports, the gunmen stormed
the residence of the victim, shooting sporadically before taking him
away to an unknown destination. The kidnappers are yet to reach members
of his family.
