World leaders shunned 'General' Muhammadu Buhari's speech at the UN geral Assembley. Buhari is facing backlash at home and abroad over the current genocide he ordered against Biafrans seeking self-determination. The lethargic speech was a result of a last minute revision after his earlier prepared unintelligent  speech leaked online.

Alajazeera described the speech as very bland and unpresidential.
