The AUTHORITY celebrates with staff Miss Obianuju Grace Orakwe at classic wedding

 www.odogwublog.com reports exclusively that as the first staff to wed since the inception of The AUTHORITY newspaper, the management and staff of the organization did not leave any stone unturned to ensure that Miss Obianuju Grace Orakwe had a wonderful outing at the altar.

It was a memorable and happy day for Miss Obianuju Grace Orakwe as she walked down the aisle to “say I do” to her Missing Rib, Pharm. Uchenna Reginald Akuta, at St. Peter’s Anglican Church, Ikenegbu, Owerri in Imo State. The event took place on Saturday, 22nd October, 2016.

The wedding ceremony officiated by Rev. (Barr.) Festus Opara Ph.d, Rev. Sam Ndukwu and Rev. Chibueze Abone (Vicar in charge of St. Christopher's Anglican Church, Onitsha, Anambra State). 
Families and friends came from different parts of the country to witness the Holy Matrimony.
Reception followed immediately after church service at Jesus Never Fails Event Centre, New Owerri, Imo State.
Amongst those present at the ceremony were Chief Ignatius Ifemem (MD Emenesantus); Chief Dominic Onuigbo (Onwa of Nando, MD Doko Hotels Ltd.); Prince Kenneth Obalum ( Iguedo Goko Cleanser, MD Prince Paradise Hotel, Awka); parents of the bride, Chief  and Mrs Christopher Orakwe; mother of the groom, Mrs Celine Akuta;Odogwu Emeka Odogwu (South East Bureau Chief/Editor of The AUTHORITY Newspapers), as well as other staff  members of The AUTHORITY newspapers, families members and friends from far and near.

The reception started with an opening prayer said by Rev. Chibueze Abone, followed by breaking of kolanuts by the chairman of the occasion, Chief Ignatius Ifemem, as well as parents of the couple, Chief Onuigbo and other relatives. 
Friends, family members and well-wishers hailed the couple, who danced their way into the hall. It was spectacular and graceful.
After the cutting of the wedding cake, Dr. Nonso Orakwe (Bride's brother), with the guests, toast the couple, wishing them a happy married life.

The Bride, Uju described her husband as God fearing, responsible, cute and wonderful while the groom Uchenna said Uju remained the best thing that has happened to his life, praying God to grant them their heart desires in the marriage. He described Uju as the apple of hope and progress, adding that she is creative and good in all aspects as a true woman.
