One Dead,Eleven injured in road accident along Enugu to Onitsha express way

www.odogwublog.com reports that one person was confirmed dead on the spot and eleven others critically injured as a luxurious bus and a commercial bus belonging to a mass transit company[name with held] both with passengers on board had a  head on collision  at Ezeagu axis of  Enugu to Onitsha express way.

A press statement from the  Enugu state police command who  confirmed the accident said it occurred around 9pm on Wednesday, November 23. Both vehicles were plying on one  lane  of the road  due to the dilapidated nature of the Enugu to Onitsha express way.

The injured persons were rushed to the  Ekochin Hospital at 9th mile corner Ngwo while the deceased  was  deposited at 'Our saviour hospital 'mortuary 9th mile Corner Ngwo,the Enugu Police Public Relations Officer,Mr Ebere Amaraizu[DSP],stated..
