The Economic and Financial Crime Commission [EFCC] is seeking to amend its proof of evidence against a former Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Adesola Amosu Nunayon [Rtd] and 10 others currently standing trial over alleged N22.8billion fraud before justice Mohammed Idris of a Federal High Court in Lagos.
The anti-graft agency made its intention known to the court yesterday following the disqualification of of one of its witnesses, Owobo Tosin, from testifying in the matter over the inability of the commission to attach his statement to the proof of evidence served on the defence.
