MASSOB warns House of Reps, Police over false allegations

www.odogwublog.com reports that the Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign state of Biafra (MASSOB) has warned the Federal House of Representatives of Nigeria and the Nigeria Police over what it described as peddling of false allegation MASSOB.
MAASOB in statement issued by its leader comrade Uchenna Madu states that it wishes to inform the public to disregard the false information on National newspapers from the House of Representatives committee on Army that they wrote or informed MASSOB about their public hearing on the un-provocative and massacre of over hundred armless and non violence Biafra agitators at Nkpor, Onitsha, Asaba and its environs during the marking and celebration of Biafra Declaration Day.
Madu noted that according to the Newspaper's report, the committee chairman, Rimamande Shawulu, alleged that his committee wrote to MASSOB and IPOB which pleaded for postponement of the public hearing for a week because the invitation letter was received late.
Madu continued "MASSOB viewed this as misleading, capable of blackmailing us even diminishing our revered image. We didn't receive any letter or information concerning the public hearing, this political falsehood has been part of Nigeria system to create negative impressions that Ndigbo are their major enemies in Nigeria.
"Their intention is to heap the blame of their weakness to MASSOB as unserious organization in defending the Biafran cause, Ndigbo should disregard them. This falsehood against Biafra agitators confirms that the possibility of getting justice through their public hearing is very tiny, we don't see any godly conclusion in this exercise.                                  
The MASSOB leader also condemned the stupidity and madness of Nigerian Police at Ogidi, Idemili North LGA in associating our name in criminal activities of some disgruntled persons that attacked Ogidi Police station.
"When will Nigeria police be tired of dragging MASSOB name in criminal acts that they have no evidence of ? What joy did Nigeria police derive in blackmailing the image of MASSOB? Is MASSOB the cause of police inability to fight and reduce crimes? The Nigeria police always like to use MASSOB as excuse to cover their weaknesses and failures. Our members are always non violence, armless and responsible persons, MASSOB does not engage in village or community crises.                                                      
Anytime some criminal personnel in Nigeria police fell out with their criminal civilian colleagues from their host communities which always result in community crises, they will blame MASSOB, are we part of your deals with criminals.  
"MASSOB charged Nigeria police, Ogidi to bring out those criminals they alleged are MASSOB members for public interrogation. To claim or alleged to be a MASSOB member is very simple for everyone but we have our own way of identifying our members, we have our signals, our Internal MASSOB languages etc. We boldly and confidently declared that Nigeria police are liars, the people they paraded for criminal acts are not our members
