Let us look at this issue critically, I think there's something in this MMM that is giving Nigerian govt a concern. With the energy and strength of attacks I have read in the media recently I can bet that there's more to it than being concerned for people not to loose there money in MMM.
Government that was not concerned about the welfare of soldiers, police, IDPs and still pays 18k minimum wage even in 2016 the same government that does not care about housing, hospital facilities and bills, school fees... etc has just suddenly become the people's lover even when the people said leave us a alone with MMM. But there are casinos, strip clubs, prostitutes houses everywhere and government never ever legislated on them to be closed down. What about high cost of living, school fees, rent and the issue of contract staff in Banks and other key sectors, yet no legislation. I think I will leave it for the legislators and MMM promoters to explain and let other Nigerians know what is wrong.
But from what I understand. Giving help and receiving help is not illegal but giving bribe and receiving bribe is illegal as well as other forms of stealing and corruption in low and high offices of government.
Let us all be wise. They at the high places are afraid of the poor becoming reach to challenge them. They are worried because despite the economic recession, citizens go about their normal duties with the help of MMM. They are afraid because no one comes to o beg them money anymore. This is brutality. Government should be concerned about getting the country out from recession.
Statistics shows that government has recorded an increase in task repayment especially from the banks. This is simply because banks do higher transactions because of MMM. The greedy top bank officials are angry because people pull out their money from fixed deposits and invest in MMM.
If you are an MMM participant, enjoy giving help to people so God will bless you by you receiving help too from other people. It is time we rise up for the truth. Let us rise against this cruel leaders who always want us poor.

Leave those stupid legislators. They will seat in their luxurious home and talk rubbish. Do they know what Nigerians are suffering. Now a solution comes and they want to keep us in abject poverty. May Allah punish them one by one.
