Nnewi Prince Dumps APGA, insists Obiano must go after serving him for 2 years plus

www.odogwublog.com reports exclusively that Prince Nnamsom Nwafor-Orizu, this evening dumped the All Progressives Grand Alliance(APGA). He actually tore his membership card of the political party to demonstrate his preparedness not look back.
He said the political party has lost focus since the natural leader of Igbo, Dim Chukwuemeka Ojukwu passed on. Prince Nwafor-Orizu who was appointed the chairman of the committee on petroleum by Chief Willie Obiano now told newsmen after enjoying the office with swag that Chief Willie Obiano has performed woefully and as such should go the way of Dr Chinwoke Mbadinuju who did not get a second tenure.

He spoke at Otolo-Nnewi, Anambra state during the press briefing titled 'the die is cast' to announce his exit from his former party.
He is the Managing Director of Win Farm Properties is a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, a businessman, a politician and a youth leader and an Nnewi Prince.

The youthful prodigy said that Anambra state in less than ten months would go to the poll again to elect a governor who will pilot the affairs of the state for another four years and that from every indices, the incumbent governor, Chief Willie Obiano due to lackluster performance must be shown the way out.

"We are gradually approaching the zero hour in the political life of his present administration in Anambra state, in less than ten months, we will go into another era in this most endowed human and material resources entity, South East of the Niger and one wonders if there is need for appraisal of the journey so far.

"A vibrant state bequeathed to us by our fore bearers and pace setters, hence the light of the nation. I think, I am the most qualified as an insider and a great political player since the defunct administration of Dr Chinwoke Mbadinuju's regime. None can equal me in this area as a youth till date.

"In his wobbling administration, it is a common knowledge that I was part and parcel of its enthronement the moment the former helmsman of the state, Mr Peter Obi bent the rule from the initial plans of giving the state a refined gentleman, a prince imbued with milk of human kindness, Hon Chinedu Idigo.

Prince Nwafor-Orizu noted that the former governor, Mr Peter Obi has since resigned from the main political identity of Igboman, the All Progressives Grand Alliance which according to him has signaled a bad omen in the 2017 gubernatorial election.

"The campaign for support, appraisal and voting of credible candidate would soon kick start and there is need to put the record straight to avoid another rounds of colossal mistake which has brought us to where we are now when Mr Peter Obi foisted the incumbent governor on us.

While commenting on the sins of the incumbent governor, Prince Nnamsom Nwafor-Orizu identified selective appointments into state civil service of only the people from the Anambra North senatorial zone and the alleged billions of Naira of the state being siphoned into private pockets by the office of the First Lady which he noted has no constitutional and legal backing.

He also alleged that the Anambra state's First Lady is constructing a state of the art filling station in Awka very close to APGA office with tax payers money. About N3.6b according to him has been allegedly set aside by the governor to give as loan to political chronnies so as to support his second tenure bid.

"It is only in the land of the blind that a one eyed man would be their king, and not in such a state as Anambra, we are not light of the nation for the mere saying, Anambra state is not only number one in Nigeria but in the whole of African continent. It is in Anambra state as the core of Igbo nation that scientists who manufactured the Biafra arms and ammunition, the Ojukwu bucket, Ogbunigwe weapon of mass destruction. How can we be so docile as to allow our ship of the state sink or nose dive into political oblivion.

Prince Nwafor-Orizu while recounting his experience as the chairman of the committee on petroleum said that the governor later appointed Senior Special Adviser, Oil and Gas who he empowered so much to reduce his own office to that of a mere figure head.

"I was originally appointed by Chief Peter Obi as the chairman, committee on petroleum, Anambra state which was inherited by Chief Willie Obiano and reappointed me instead. I never knew that his retention was a Greek gift. He super imposed on me his age long business partner and family friend as the SSA Oil and Gas, Ms Ngozi Okoye from Anambra East local government area.

The Nnewi Prince who is the founder and administrator of Anambra Patriotic Voice and Eziokwuputaife said that time has come for the people of the state to look for patriotic, compassionate, unselfish and loving leader who would not practice segregation, nepotism and parochialism.

"We need patriotic and compassionate and not selfish leaders who practice irresponsible and irrational leadership by giving employment only to graduates from Anambra North senatorial zone and Omambala precisely.

"It is better to feel the pulse of the cabinet members of Chief Willie Obiano and goose pimples will run down your spine. What a shame, my people, Obiano's score card is nothing to write home about and we can not entrust this state to such people again in the future, we must make hay while the sun is shinning and the most auspicious time for change is now.

Asked on who he has in mind to replace the incumbent governor, Prince Nwafor-Orizu said that it is still too early to talk about that especially as no one has signified interest yet in the plum job. He however said that it would be a self delusion for anybody to think that power would stay in Anambra North after Obiano's abysmal performance in office.

"Odera is from Anambra South senatorial district, because he did not perform in office, Dr Chris Ngige from the Central took over from him, there is nothing wrong with someone from the South taking over in 2018 from the incumbent. He should get the same kind of treatment like that of Dr Mbadinuju."
