How far do you think Federal Road Safety Commission obey Traffic Law? Look at this picture and comment your opinion!

 
Nigeria is a phenomena; a state of quagmire and all metamorphoses. It reminds us about "Things fall apart" and "Man of the People". How often would we be pointed at the the nature of leadership of the
Country called Nigeria? One would be bewildered to see how FRSC pursue citizens who carry overload like what the picture suggests. What is your take on this?


Prof. Chinua Achebe and his likes would be asking if this is the Country they laboured for? Do you think in your opinion that they have the legal standing to ever pursue people and punish them for overload with what you are seeing here?
